Refund Policy

Because prescription lenses are custom-made for you, all sales of prescription eyewear are final once production begins.

Before production

You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters the "In Production" stage. Contact us with your order number.

Defects and our errors

If your glasses arrive damaged, or the lenses do not match the prescription you submitted, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will remake them or issue a full refund.

Non-prescription sunglasses

Unworn non-prescription sunglasses may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping.
